Payment

Payment is required at the time of booking. It is possible to book online, via e-mail, phone or at the counter in the kiosk/Information. You will always receive a booking confirmation via e-mail.

Cancellation

Tent pitch / caravan/autocamper space

• By cancellation prior to the date of arrival, the paid amount minus 25% administration fee will be refunded
• By departure prior to the booked date of departure, a cancellation fee of 25% of the price for the number of cancelled days will be charged

Cabins, rooms and glamping tents

• By cancellation earlier than 21 days prior to the arrival date, the paid amount minus 25% administration fee will be refunded
• By cancellation later than 21 days prior to the arrival date, the paid amount will not be refunded

Our cancellation terms and conditions are in force, independent of the reason for the cancellation. This includes force majeure conditions like war, strikes, natural disasters, epidemics, closure of borders etc.

Cancellation Insurance

If you wish to buy a cancellation insurance in connection with your stay at Skyttehusets Outdoor Camp, we can refer to Europæiske Rejseforsikringer (ERV).
